Hotel Reservation Policy

• To reserve a hotel room, a $50 partially refundable deposit is required.
• The remaining balance will be charged 15 days prior to your arrival.
• Rates are subject to change, as hotel partners allocate a limited number of rooms for promotion on our site.
• Reservations can be made by calling our toll-free number to speak with a reservationist or through our secure online booking engine.
• A reservation confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of booking.
• Credit Card Holder Policy: The person whose name is on the credit card must be staying in the hotel room. If a third party is paying, they must sign a credit card authorization form.

Vacation Home Reservation Policy

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve a vacation home.
• The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Online Registration: 15 days prior to arrival, an online registration form will be emailed to the guest. Once completed, the vacation home address will be provided via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Hotel Reservations: If canceled 15 days or more prior to arrival, a refund of $35 from the $50 deposit will be issued, with a $15 cancellation fee.
• Vacation Home Reservations: The $50 deposit for vacation homes is non-refundable.
• To cancel, guests must call our toll-free number or email help@orlandovacationhotels.com. Please include the confirmation number, arrival date, and reservation name for accuracy.
