Hotel Reservation Policy
We require a $50 partially refundable deposit to make a reservation for each room. The remaining balance will be charged 15 days prior to your arrival. The hotels, listed on our website, have set aside a limited number of rooms for us to promote on our website. These rates are subject to change without notice. In order to make a reservation you must call our toll-free number and talk to one of our friendly reservationists, or place the order online through our secured online booking engine.
We will confirm all reservations within 48 hours of placing the order by e-mailing our guest a confirmation letter. The person whose name is on the credit card must be staying in the hotel room. If someone is making a reservation for a friend or family member, we will need the person who is paying for the hotel room to sign a credit card authorization form.
Vacation Home Reservation Policy
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to make a vacation home reservation. The final balance is do 30 days prior to arrival. 15 days prior to arrival we will email the guests an online registration form for the guests to fill out. Once this online registration is complete, we will email the address of the vacation home.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
» If a guest needs to cancel a hotel reservation, and they do so prior to 15 days of arrival, we will cheerfully refund $35 of their $50 deposit back to them. There is a small $15 cancellation fee. If a Guest is cancelling a vacation home reservation, the $50 is non-refundable.
» In order to cancel a reservation, the guest must call our toll free number and speak to one of our friendly customer service agents or email us at [email protected]. If you are going to cancel through email please include the confirmation number, the date of arrival and the name the reservation is under so that we can accurately cancel the right reservation. All cancellations will be confirmed with an e-mail to the guest.
» If a guest is canceling a reservation within the 15 days of arrival, please check your confirmation letter as to the cancellation penalty.
