Savings on Hotels Orlando

As we start a new year, people are looking for ways to save money on Orlando hotels. One of the best ways to do that is go to the internet and perform a search under a term like Hotels Orlando. Here you will find numerous internet sites dealing with Orlando Vacation accommodations and each presenting their deals both in high and low seasons.

It is interesting to note, the best way to find attractive discounts on travel is through the internet. According to internet statistics, the number one legitimate business sporting the largest revenue stream and the most traffic year in and year out is travel. Therefore, if you will search under a common term, it will take you no time to find attractive deals on accommodations for your upcoming Disney Vacation.

If you choose to perform this search, I might suggest you look for Hotels Orlando for nice accommodations close to the area you where you will be spending most of the time. Most tourists who visit Orlando, want to spend their time at Disney World. Here is another statistic that I found of interest: 43% of all hotel reservations are determined by the hotel’s close proximity to the attraction or event drawing the traffic to the market. If you are going to spend the majority of your time at Disney World, it stands to reason you want to stay in a hotel near Disney World.

Many internet sites will give you a ranking system or testimonial guidelines as to how the hotel is received today in the market. Where rankings such as five-star and four diamond might have been important in the past, most tourists have found that the new system makes it easier to judge the overall quality of one’s property both as to cleanliness, hospitality and of course, service.

Price is just one of the ingredients you as a potential guest should search for. Searching the web under a term such as cheap hotels Orlando may produce results that you show you low prices you very well may not be happy with our selection. “Cheap” may mean low price, but if the room you are about to rent is filthy, or if the walls have holes in them or your toilet or air conditioning doesn’t work, I dare say you will not be too excited about the accommodations even though you got it at such a low nightly rate.

Best of luck to you as you spend time looking on the internet for the best hotel deals in Orlando. By the way, you may want to save yourself some time and view orlandovacationhotels.com, I think you will find it to be a most attractive site on the web.

Kissimmee Vacation Package Deals

I know you have heard of “bundling services”. It is quite prevalent in the home entertainment business. When I recently purchased my new home, I was surprised to find that I could get my phone, internet and cable television for a great low monthly rate. When I compared the prices for each service sold separately, I found I was saving enough by bundling these three services to actually get my local and long distance phone service provided FREE.

The same deal holds true when pricing Kissimmee Vacation Packages. No there is nothing going to come to you FREE… But, if you are looking for the very best deal on attraction tickets to go along with your first class accommodations, then bundling the two products to make a package is definitely the way to go.

I just took a call from a Orlando Vacation Hotel prospect who wanted to bring his two kids (4 and 6 yrs old) to Orlando. He was appalled to discover how expensive the one day attraction tickets were. He said, “man, I can’t afford that, I need something much cheaper.”

I went to the drawing board and put together his plans complete with a two-day pass to SeaWorld along with a two night hotel stay in a four star resort all for $298 plus tax for his party of three. What he wanted was to spend quality time with his kids while they were out of school. By bundling his two day tickets to SeaWorld along with a first-class hotel, we were able to accomplish what he wanted and to do it well within his budget.

Today, the tourist business is facing difficult times. Hotels and a few licensed ticket providers are coming together to offer exceptional deals on both services…especially when they are bundled together. If you are looking for an outstanding deal on a complete Orlando vacation, you will want to check out bundling your attraction tickets including Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld to make an attractive Orlando Vacation package.

Why Hotel Rates will rise in Orlando

Since I negotiate contracts with many Orlando hotels on a daily basis…I am asked frequently, what is going to happen to rates in 2010?

The simple answer is they will inch up providing we do not face any major economic downturns in the upcoming year.

At present, the storm clouds seem to be moving away and with that…hotels are seeing people in their lobbies as reservations are gradually picking up. Since the hotel management companies do not anticipate boom times in their business anytime in the foreseeable future, they are still excited to see any momentum at all.

Due to the severity of the recession, most hotels cut their nightly rates to the quick. They had too in an effort to stay with their competitive set. If you are the General Manager of a Holiday Inn and your average nightly rate was $75 and your competitor, with like brand down the street, was advertising rooms at $50 per night, you as a GM had to address your competition or risk falling further behind.

In a severe recession, all hoteliers have thrown away their manuals…survival has been their key. Now, with just a little movement in the system, they will be quick to raise rates when spikes of demand appear. For instance, in Orlando where we have a robust Easter spring break season. You can bet the low rates that you are seeing today when you search Orlando hotels will be 40 to 50% when you do the same search in March 2010. Hear this…any demand is going to be met with significantly higher rates than what is available today.

How do you combat the higher rate? Book early or change your travel plans to dates where the demand for accommodations in Orlando will be low…when most kids are in school…demand for Orlando Vacations will be down and rates will down as well.

To secure the best rates for your upcoming Disney Vacation at a first class resort, all you have to do is place a $50 refundable deposit to lock up the exceptional low nightly rates…to see our partner hotels, go to www.orlandovacationhotels.com
