If you are vacationing in the Orlando area and you plan on visiting the theme parks, you will more than likely be staying in a hotel in Kissimmee. Most Kissimmee Hotels were built in the 1970s when Disney first came to the Orlando area. Hotel companies saw the vacation dollars that followed Disney and they wanted to take advantage of that. By now, those hotels have seen one too many visitors and their facilities have become worn and outdated.

All of the properties that we represent are at least 3 stars and they are all funded by corporate companies that care about and invest in their properties. One of our properties recently received a 20 million dollar upgrade. The small mom and pop hotels just can’t afford to invest that much money into their hotel.
Also by staying in a Kissimmee Hotel, you will assure that you will be reasonably close to Disney and the area theme parks that is why it is best to stay in a Kissimmee Hotel rather than an Orlando Hotel.
